DNO connection at new heights

This has to be the highest DNO on the U.K rail network.

White Corries Mountain at Glencoe Ski Resort (2,329 feet) saw the final meter fitting stage this week and entered into service to feed the telecoms REB and Mast. These pictures show some of the challenges the team faced on their daily commute including, ski chairlift, button toe, pisten bully, ski do and of course the drive there, we also made use of Networkrail’s Helicopters.

Thanks to collaborative working with Glencoe Mountain Resort Team, Scottish and Southern Power and Network Rail we have now safely completed the project.
