2026 Q1 Highlights - LNE Signalling Power Distribution

As we wrap up our Q1 2026 project highlights series, we’re taking a moment to reflect on one final project that stands out.

This week, we’re looking back at the final commissioning of the LNE Signalling Power Distribution Renewals (Doncaster to Scunthorpe) project.

Awarded in September 2022 as the largest single contract in our company’s history, this project has been a significant journey — from early design through to delivery across the LNE route.

Last weekend marked a major milestone, with the successful commissioning of the Medge Hall to Keadby feeder, bringing the final stage of the programme into service.

✔ Delivered across a complex, live railway environment.

✔ A milestone project from award to completion.

More than anything, this project reflects the dedication, expertise, and resilience of the teams involved over the past three and a half years.
