Right First Time 2026

I would like to recognise the excellent engagement shown by our workforce during the recent “Right First Time” Safety Events.

This year we have introduced a quarterly format, bringing colleagues together in smaller teams to create a more focused environment for discussion, reflection and learning. The quality of feedback, insight and constructive challenge from those attending has been extremely encouraging and demonstrates the value of creating the space for these conversations.

Our Quarter 1 sessions centred on Lessons Learned, Technical Briefs, and training modules covering Electrical Safety and Safe Excavation Techniques, before closing with discussions through our Employee Engagement Committee. These sessions are an important opportunity for us to share knowledge, reinforce standards and listen to the experiences of those delivering the work every day.

I would like to thank everyone who contributed to these events. The professionalism, openness and commitment shown across the sessions reflects the culture we continue to build as a business — one where learning, collaboration and doing the job right first time remain at the centre of what we do.
